Every spring (under mild or moderate moisture) we have had water leaking into the lower level of our home. My wife and I are getting too old to spend 24/7 cleaning up water at a rate of sometimes 5 gallons per hour for days on end. Then there is the danger of mold and mildew which effects the health of all. With this winter being one of RECORD SNOWFALL, we felt that it was now necessary to find a solution. We contacted FSM to address the problem. After thoroughly explaining what the problem was, covered all aspects and approaches to solving the problem and providing a "life-of-the-house" warranty at a reasonable price, the company proceeded to accomplish the work with the minimum of disruption of our living quarter. Although the work IS messy, dusty, and noisy the contractor accomplished it with the minimum of mess and disruption of our life. If "anyone" has the same water situation that we had, I would HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend Foundations Systems as my contractor of choice.
