Look this is a simple thing to do, no hooking it up to figure out what was wrong, no parts to install or order. When I'm told it will be 30 minutes I do not expect to be sitting here an 1 1/2 hours later. My time is just as available as yours.

I was looking for an inexpensive, quick place to get my oil changed. After visiting Uncle Ed's and being told I would wait 2 hours and pay $49 for a basic oil change, Goodyear was a breath of fresh air! They offered me a special discount, and scheduled me right away. My truck was done in about 30 minutes, and I couldn't be happier.
They also provided me with a list of repairs that needed to be done at some point, and pointed out which ones were important, and which could wait. I didn't feel pressured to schedule those services, but you can be sure that when I'm ready to have them done, I'll be calling Goodyear!

Both experiences went very well. Never felt as thought they were forcing me into something I didn't agree with and being a female, they did not treat me as most places do as if I do not know anything. I've been through A LOT with this car, and know more than they do most often times, so I was very appreciative that they did not treat me like a bimbo, because most auto related places do and that is my biggest pet peeve when it comes to dealing with my car. I also appreciated how they personally showed me the other problems they were talking about and did not press me to get that fixed on the spot as they were not urgent problems at this point. I love the fact that they are open on Sunday for a run of the mill problem. I did sit for close to 3 hours for them to diagnose and fix the wire and connector issues, however, that is last on my list as they did fix my car and it was just under $50, I really can't complain, I even took a nap in their little lounge area. They have most certainly earned my business and I recommend them to anyone having problems with their car. They really respect you as a customer and will not do anything without your approval first.

They were professional, thorough and honest. They were open and not pushy.
