Water leaks were contained and I received a referral to 800waterdamage who removed damaged items in basement and a damaged shelf was removed from beneath the kitchen sink.

The guys that showed up to make the repair of our wet bar sink were very kind and professional. They quickly diagnosed the problem and made a speedy repair. They were in and out in maybe 30 min, all while being respectful of COVID and wearing masks. Would hire again tomorrow!

Very well. Knowledgeable and professional plumber. They kept us advised as the service progressed. A part was needed, but because of the age, the plumber didn't have one on-hand. They were able to get one quickly and the job was successfully completed in no time. Highly recommend

All problems solved!! The gentlemen that came were courteous and professional. Everything was fixed in a timely fashion, they were careful about clean up and wore masks and gloves (Covid).

My well take failed and I called Mitch to help. He had two guys over the same day. They were able to quote me a fixed price and get the installation done all in the same day. Everything works perfectly. Mitch came at the end to check everything out. I highly recommend this company.

Well, Except, I assumed he would replace the non working fixtures with those of the same finish. We had brushed nickel in there but he replaced them with shiny chrome. So, make sure you are clear before the plumber goes out to purchase supplies. Also, the charge for supplies was quite a bit higher than if we had purchased them ourselves.

I felt fortunate that I was able to find a plumber that would fix (replace) my sump pump the same day as the problem happened. I couldn't leave town before the sump pump was fixed since I didn't want the basement to get water in it. Excellent help from Mitch the Plumber repairman!

GREAT! They could come out the same day, which others could not. Once here, the promptly diagnosed the problem, and replaced the water heater within a couple of hours. As a bonus, I'd had some other minor plumbing matters for some time. Those were addressed very rapidly and professionally. An additional plus - their rates were very competitive. I had not used this company before, but highly recommend them. I have now found my go-to plumber!

We first called for hot water tank issue. We have now used Mitch 3x. All the work has been good and fairly priced. We actually met Mitch. Nice guy, but all the plumbers who have come to our house have been good. Highly recommend.

Very well. I had bought a fancy, Euro faucet from Costco and the plumber recommended that I not use it due to difficulty of getting parts down the road. I had him pick me up a plumber's grade faucet which looks just as good. Great advice from him.

At first, I thought all was fine. Now I have found out that there was never a permit 'pulled' for the water heater installation, and that the work is not up to code. Because this is a rental property, it is subject to inspection every 2 years. This is how I found out. My son has tried for months to get this fixed. They came out once, said, oh, I need to get some parts to get it up to code and I will be back after the holiday to fix it and then will get the permit. The holiday was Memorial Day. It is now June 22. I have sent a work request via their website, talked to the receptionist who told me she sent a message 'just then', and sent a message here on Angie's List before I wrote this review. No response what so ever. Because of this, I am now facing a violation with the city and will have to go to court and cannot get a rental certification for the house my son lives in, not to mention possible danger from not meeting code. I have 4 days to get this resolved, or my court date will be set. (I live in NM and the house is in MI. Travel is not cheap, plus I will miss work) I picked this company because of the Angie's list rating, but this is purely unprofessional, bad practice, and quite possibly dangerous.

The problem was completed fixed in a short time. The bathroom was left clean. The plumber was nice and professional.

We are very pleased with his work. He has replaced faucets, laundry trays, toilets, toilet parts, gas piping. Prices ranged from $150 to $1000 depending on the extent of the job. Since we work with several contractors, we can say the Mitch gives the best bang for the buck for plumbing jobs.

Mitch called me back a day later. Said about $120 to snake the utility sink. Sends some other guy out, took 2 hours, broke some pipes, chatted with my wife for 30 minutes about not putting food into the garbage disposal. Charged like 3x the estimate, oh you have a Angies List coupon, let me jack up the price a little more to make up the difference. Next day, sink clogged up again. Mitch says he'll "look into it" regarding the bill. I would look elsewhere, these are just your standard price gouging plumbers who seemingly took advantage of fact only my wife was home and didn't even get the job done properly. You can do better.
