Description of Work: Met and discussed a home drawing for price of $1.50 per sq ft. Wanted 1/3 down payment to start based of estimated size. | |I had used this company before so I paid the down payment and was told I should have a preliminary plan to look at in a week or so. Didn't hear from him so I called and left many messages. No response. Then a few weeks later I reached him and he gave an excuse of his voice mail was all messed up. This was about July of 2013. Again promised to have drawings soon. Then no contact no returned calls ect UNTIL Feb 2014 when I went to his house with the police. After several minutes they finally came to door. (NOTE: the first time we used him out meetings were always at his home office. ) He had a bunch of lame excuses and promised to call the next day. No call so I called him. Claimed to have been in conferences all day. Sent via text. Texted back and forth for a few days, always excuses. Then quit. Returning texts after no calls and no emails ect. I asked for my money back and have not heard from him since.
