Description of Work: I asked them to move a 12 to 15 foot tall tree on my property from it's existing location to approximately 100 feet away. (It was next to my garden and I didn't want to cut it down.) I'm not a tree hugger but I don't want to unnecessarily chop down a perfectly good tree. They moved it exactly where I wanted without even having to be there. They asked me to flag the tree and put a stake in the ground where I wanted it moved to. I really liked working with the Tree Man and would do business again without hesitation. Thanks Tree Man.

 + -1 moreWe've used The Tree Mover for about 23 years and they've always done an excellent job. We've had them move everything from white pines to bur oaks using their 84-inch machine, maples, and an outstanding ginkgo. Over all the years, we've only lost 2 of the trees they moved, neither as a result of mishandling during the move: one tree (white pine) was unhealthy and the other (maple) had a root ball wrapped around an old root system underground from a tree that had once been there; we couldn't get all the maple roots during the move. The only complaint we have for this recent job is that we're still waiting for a receipt from the young man who was out here (he didn't have his receipt book, he said) and that's why we rated "C" for "professionalism."
Description of Work: Had them move a 6" diameter redbud that Todd Arbanas Tree Service recommended moving instead of eliminating.
