Furniture - Sales
I picked out a Gascho solid maple dining set, picked the stain and ordered at Art Van. Furniture delivered 2 1/2 months later. Well made, but sloppily and poorly stained. Emailed Gascho twice with complaints and a request to gave me an email site where I could send pictures. Their site stated they answered EVERY email. They never emailed me back. I took pictures to my sales person and she immediately gave me the phone number of their service rep, Michael Crowe. He came out and just argued sith me saying furniture was stained well. He swore a few times that Gascho would be calling me, that they contact all unhappy customers. That was about 3 weeks ago. No call back. VERY unhappy with their disreguard of the problem. The chairs are an embarrassment.
