Auto Towing Service
The towing went fine and they took it to their garage. At no point was I told that they were charging me $35.00 a day for a "storage" fee. I even went there to get items out of car 3 days later and the fee was never mentioned.The car is a total loss and had no collision coverage. and I now have a larger towing bill than the junk yard will give me for the car.
Had I known this, I could have made arrangements in a more timely manner to get the car removed from the premises.
When I displayed shock regarding this fee, was told I should have known. Really? It is not like I total a car everyday. How would I know this?
Please let people know when charges are accruing. This is very unprofessional.
