He is fast and clean and does excellent work, if I ever have a problem with him he will come out and fix it. I have been using his services for at least 8 years now!!

*NOTE, THIS IS OUR FIRST HOUSE AND FIRST MAJOR RENOVATION* Initially a guy by the name of David came and did the estimate. I explained to him what I wanted, but also asked for his opinion since they are the experts. He told me things that could be done and gave a few examples. Afterwhich, we scheduled an appt to sign the contract. This is where my first problem arose, the contract didn't have any of the specifics we discussed, just a basic generic outline. (ex, I made it very clear that I wanted the floor done with the kitchen, but that was not on the contract, neither was the lighting). The original contract only had the granite countertop, refaced cabinets, back splash and sink ($11,000) Then the owner scheduled an appt to do final measurements (which could take a week or so). He was more helpful then the other guy. I told him I didn't feel comfortable about the process up to this point. He agreed that David should of done a better job at giving me what I wanted. So he added the floor, lighting and the removal of an old cooktop hood (suffit?) for $5000 extra. My biggest gripe with this company is the process and communication. They don't care anything about your time. The process was suppose to take 2 weeks, but took 2 1/2 weeks. It could easily been done in a 1 1/2 weeks, but there were a few days when the workers showed up late or not at all. (ex, Extreme Granite did our countertops, the appt was scheduled between 1-3, they called at 10:30am to see if they could come early, the contractor told them no, they needed to keep their time. They didn't show up until 4:30pm and didn't leave my house until 7:30). Normal working day were 10am-3pm, so make sure you take off work for 2 weeks or be prepared to give them keys to your house. I felt like I had to call them to find out when things were happening and what the next step in the process was, I didn't like that at all. Also, noone wants to hear that their project is being held up because workers have been sent out on another job. Unprofessional. If you do go with them, make sure you ask for Scott to be your contractor. He did good work and was courteous. If he was going to be late, he would at least call. I'm not very versed in home improvements, so take this review with a grain of salt. But I just believe for the money, you could find anyone to do what they did. Just my personal feeling. Our next project is the master bathroom, guess who WON'T be called for services??? PS, you should look to order your appliances around the same time you order your cabinets (something they never told us). Cabinets will take about 6 weeks. We weren't aware that some appliances could take 2-4 weeks to arrive. So even though our kitchen is done, we won't get out our double oven until next week.

They always clean up well. Their prices were about in the middle of the estimates I received. The work is always done very well.

He started on time cleaned up after each day and did a fine job including some extra no charged little things. also the tile I picked out did not have enough moulding pieces so the man doing the tileing found some in Pennsylvania and had it shipped next day so I could have the job finished on time.
