They were excellent. They have great product, great price and great service. We would highly recommend them as well.

- Very punctual and polite. Poor attention to detail. 3 pieces of the laminate were damaged. It looked as though something heavy was stacked on top of the packaged pieces which punched holes on the face. Not huge holes, looked like nail/staple holes. Unfortunately, these damaged ones were installed in the middle of the room making them obvious. The strip that transitioned from the laminate to the vinyl tile did not (and still don't) stay in place.
Company did offer to repair laminate by replacing damaged pieces. They were none too happy, though. Choose to fill the holes myself as opposed to having them tear up the majority of the floor again and possibly damage more pieces and have them fit back together poorly after being taken out.
