Horrible experience. Bad communication, coordination, scheduling, subpar quality. 4 month project took 9 and I'm still fixing and touching up

GARAGE DOOR WAS INSTALLED THE SAME DAY THE DOOR WAS RECEOEVED BY THE SUPPLIER. INSTALLER DID A GREAT JOB AND LEFT THE AREAR BETTER THAN WHEN HE ARRIVED. ROOF WAS INSTALLED IN 3 DAYS. LOOKS GREAT!! ARE WAS CLEANED UP WITH NO DAMAGE TO ANY OF THE SURROUNDING BUSHES/LANDSCAPING. BOTH JOBS WERE EXCELLENT!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND ZELL BUILDERS FOR ANY CONSTRUCTION WORK TO BE DONE. OWNER, MIKE, WILL TAKE CARE OF YOU!

We were very happy with Zell Builders. From the first meeting for the estimate and quote, it was an easy process. Zell Builders was responsive to what we wanted. The work was completed close to the date given at the beginning and stayed within the original budget. There was steady work being done, with one crew starting immediately after another was done. All of the people involved in completing the addition were respectful and professional and considerate of the homeowners. Any concerns or questions that we had were addressed quickly and to our satisfaction. Also, the quality of the work was excellent. We have had rave reviews from family and neighbors with the completed product.

They did all the work and even finished ahead of schedule. We are very pleased with the work and the way they did all the work in a very professional manner. They were always here when they said they would be here and were just wonderful. It was nice to have someone do such a good job for us.

I REALLY LIKE THIS COMPANY. THEY DID MAKE A FEW MISTAKES, BUT THEY TOOK MY FAMILY OUT TO EAT FOR THE INCONVENIENCE. THEY WERE ALWAYS POLITE AND ON TIME. THEY TRIED TO CLEAN UP THEIR MESS EVERY DAY BEFORE THEY LEFT.
