NORTHERN PINES LAWN & LNDSCPNG

We were quoted one week of work since we have a small yard less than 4000 square feet - it ended up taking almost a month.  The crew didn't show up for more than two weeks of perfect weather after the existing lawn and gardens had been dug up, once it started raining they left our yard a mud pit.  There were two days of delays on stump grinding that I paid extra to have done, but stumps were left in the garden beds.  The sod and drainage well wasn't graded properly and the yard has the same standing water problem that we hired them to fix with 1/3 of the sod dying as a result.  No topsoil was added, the existing garden beds were left as dug up clay from their rough grade.  None of the gardens planting were finished, they were left as mud/clay pits.  Except for the 2/3 of the sod and sprinklers none of the work was completed as promised.  After a month of calls and requests for help we were promised that the owner, Craig, would come out and make it right.  After missing three promised dates he stopped responding.  We gave up and hired another company to finish the work in June.
