Description of Work: My 50 thousand mile oil and filter service is part of the BMW free service on their new vehicles. As always, my service advisor...Mz Tabor was very professional and was very quick to find me another vehicle to drive (free) when my software also had to be updated (this takes longer than the above services mentioned) Excellent service.

 + -1 moreEverytime we have contacted them concerning our insurance coverages they have always provided what we think to be a reasonable explanation and they have not arbitrarily increased our insurance coverages. We have been very pleased with the amount of information that they offer whenever we call with a concern.
Description of Work: I purchased a new car and they gave me lots of good information about the car I was purchasing as far as insurance is concerned and they reduced my premium because of the type of car that I purchased. We have been insured with this company for the last 2.5 years and have been very pleased.
