MK1 Painting and Finishing LLC- Lansing

My kitchen ceiling suffered extreme damage from a 2nd floor toilet leak. After receiving several quotes to repair it, I felt most comfortable working with MK1 Painting and Finishing, especially Mike, the main salesperson. He was extremely knowledgeable, explained the process well prior to completion of the project, and made sure the job was done to my satisfaction (even returning to fix some minor imperfections). Al (the drywall installer) and Jacob (the painter) were very professional, arrived on the promised date/time, and took great care to protect my property (and tolerated my barking beagle!) I would not hesitate to recommend MK! 1Painting and Finishing to anyone.

Alex, Joshua, and Aaron were very professional, respectful, and meticulous about their work. They were very empathetic to our needs, and conscientious with our dog and cat.The job looks great, and we are very pleased with the workmanship. The price quoted by Mike was very competitive, and reasonable. This is the second job performed by MK1, and both times they have exceeded our expectations. I would definitely contract their services in the future when needed. I highly recommend MK1.
