PEST ARREST EXTERMINATING

I had them for a one-year service. They were supposed to come once every 3 months. I had to call them to get them to come out then I set a date for November, and they totally blew it off. I set up an appointment and they didn't come to the appointment. I called them about setting up an appointment, and they told me they would call me once it's time to have my service done, but they didn't come out. They have not contacted me. The service itself was fine. The service did what it was supposed to do in terms of controlling some household pests we have, but their customer service seems to be very, very busy and couldn't seem to work well. The guy that came out was great, but the people at the office can't handle a basic schedule. I will not use them in the future.

They were amazingly responsive to a call for help (bugs in my daughter's house). Explained what they were going to do, did it, and done. They came back repeatedly for more applications and finally to test that all traces were gone. Hooray!

I had a terrible flea infestation by way of my cat. I'a a diabetic and was getting bit so much, I had to go the doctor to get medication. However, I called Pest Arrest after I'd call one ot the larger named companies who wanted to set up payment plan programs. When I called Pest Arrest, I asked if I even needed all of what the other companies were offering (by the way, I was in tears by this time) and they told me no.  They explained the hows and whys of the flea infestation, what happens when we try the over-the-counter or store methods.  They told me how to prepare for the treatment, how long it might take to prepare, and to call back when I was ready. I prepared, called and they came within two days.  I saw some activity and called them back within 48 hours, they returned and at first I still saw a few in our main living area and I've only seen a few in my basement. They don't bite...they'd explained that I may still see some activity, but they wouldn't bite or be able to proceate. When I go to my basement, I've seen a few, picked them off my white socks and they didn't jump, I pinched them. Got rid of the cat also, had to...I will have them come back in March 2013 just for insurance sak.  At the price of $160.00 compared to paying a monthly of bi-monthly fee of 50 to 100 dollars that the other companies want to charge, plus the initial fee of $150 or more, I don't mind.

I had called Pest Arrest last year to take care of a growing wasp problem on the exterior of my house.  I also wanted something to be done about the thousands of ants crawling around the yard.  Pest Arrest did two things that I found very professional and honest.  Firstly, they didn't try to sell me services and in fact they actually pointed out services that would be pointless for my particular situation.  Secondly, they have a great guarantee on their services.  I did call them out a second time because I found another nest and they were cheerful and happy to take care of it free of charge.  I will be calling them again this year to take care of my house.
