The movers who showed up were great, Melissa Detzler and the other guy (Iâ m sorry I donâ t remember his name) did a speedy and quality job. My only negative is the price... It was astronomical for the amount of things I needed moved. I only had 5 things moved about 20 minutes down the road and paid over 600 dollars.

I used Melissa D and her team. I have used Mellisa twice and she is phenomenal- furniture treatment is excellent and we had a piece to move was difficult and the team did not give up! Definitely recommend AMS and Melissa.

Kevin Hunt Jr and his team were great to work with. They got our 3 bedroom home packed up and unloaded at the new place in 4 hours, and worked hard to treat our belongings with care. Pricing was also very reasonable and easy to understand. Highly recommend!

If the movers break an item it takes a month or more to get some of your money back and if you call the agents at the corporate office and ask questions, they give you an attitude. Good company as long as nothing gets broke,

Professional, timely, well organized team who loaded my vehicle for an in state move.

Last week, I reserved and paid a deposit and confirmed my move day/time with them in advance. I told them at the time of reservation that I had to be out of this place TODAY - NO EXCEPTION. After calling them twice today, I was finally told that there was no crew available to complete my move. Now I am in a bind because I did not have a choice of moving out today after another company canceled this past Saturday. I stressed that I did not have date flexibility when I made the reservation. They reassured me that the date was confirmed. They did not even have the professionalism to call me at all. I had to chase them down. UNRELIABLE. UNETHICAL!!!
