The company was very professional from start to finish. The estimator Gary came out to our home twice and explained the whole process. After we signed up Gary was always available to answer any questions we had and we called him quite a few times. The price he gave us would stay the same even if we were over(which we were by over 2000 lbs). Marissa was our coordinator and she was excellent, very friendly and very professional. She followed up on several occasions and kept us informed on delivering our stuff. Jack our driver was outstanding, he made us feel a lot more comfortable during a stressful time. He crews were awesome and we received our things undamaged. I would highly recommend these guys.

The move was very stressful for me, leaving the home we built 30 years earlier. The whole crew Tom Rindle, Steve Wizinski, Jamal Fields, John Brown and Keith Parker were just outstanding and kind to me.  The day was horribly rainy, but the got it all done with speed and total professionalism.  I would use Premier Relocations again and recommend them to anyone.

Couldn't have gone any better. They are a subsidiary of Mayflower and were extremely professional. Their bid was competitive compared to Two Men and A Truck and Corrigan. Per their agreement, they refunded the difference when their actual costs came in lower than the estimate. They advised how I could save money by packing certain items myself which were high labor content items like dishware, mirrors, paintings and electronics. They also saved me money by providing used packing materials at no charge for the items I packed and moved myself. On both packing and move dates, they showed up on time and completed the work within their estimated time window. They were also very easy to work with, agreeing to reschedule my move date a couple of times when my house closing was delayed. I would highly recommend them to anyone moving.

The estimator, Gary, was professional and thorough. We had to move the date of our scheduled relocation by a week, and then by another day, and that was handled without a problem. Marissa did a great job of setting everything up, and followed us all the way through the process, making sure everything went smoothly. The three guys that showed up to do the move were on time, professional, careful, and fun to have around. The amount of time that it took to move us was less than estimated, but set up of some beds etc. took a little longer. We can blame IKEA for that. Everything arrived in good shape and the crew made sure to cover carpets and flooring to protect them in both the old house and the new. We were very pleased with the way the entire move was handled and would highly recommend Premier Relocations (and have, actually).

Premier immediately assessed my needs and sent out a consultant to work with me. I was fortunate enough to work with Robin and Marissa... both who helped me and checked in on me throughout the moving process.  Robin visited my apartment and provided me with affordable options...I was a recent college grad at the time making my second big move across the country which is not cheap! Robin felt like family and understood how important it was for me to move without worrying about all the little details.

I ended up using Premier over my company's recommended moved because they were so quick, efficient, and understanding of my crazy situation. The movers that packed me took less than three hours and were so friendly even fighting through the terrible weather we were having. My stuff arrived in Houston and an awesome team drove all the way to Austin and unpacked me in a little over two hours...and I now live on the third floor! Everyone from the office workers to the movers were great to work with. I had broken a part of my bed before the move and the movers who unpacked me offered to fix it in Texas!

The difference with Premier is that they treat you like family. They go above and beyond and as a single young female trying to move on my own was not an option. I couldn't have been happier with the outcome! Will definitely be using them again for future moves!

Movers were professional, careful, courteous, as well as fun to be around.  Treated our treasures as their own.  Went above and beyond with planning, packing the truck, addressing any concerns we might have had, helping us stay light-hearted and inspired (while we finished up the packing the day of the move).  From our first contact in the office, to the estimator who came out (and later provided us with used boxes we were able to recycle back to him), to the guys who did the physical move, we would happily use them again.  But we're hoping we never have to move again!

Once eventually sorted out (a 2nd truck was sent with another crew) they quickly made up time. Head mover and his crew were amazing and knowledgeable. Moved across country and was quick unload and main crew even helped with 2nd truck unload despite being finished with their own. Can't emphasis skill of head mover. NOTHING was broken! If all their moving teams are this good then every move should go great!

The move went very well. The Driver, person who gave us the estimate and  the coordinator were very knowledgeable and the information they gave us about our move was correct. The estimate we were given for the move was what we paid. The loaders/packers and the people who unloaded and unpacked were very careful with our possessions. Nothing was broken in the move and no additional scratches on the furniture were noticed once the furniture was moved into the house. I can't say enough good things about the truck driver. He made sure everyone knew what the were supposed to do and made sure they did it. The truck Driver was in constant communications with us from March 4th through March 9th while they were in transit. The Driver even followed up with us to make sure everything had gone like it was supposed too. I would highly recommend Premier Relocations LLC.

It went very well. I liked that they sent an estimator out to view the contents of what was to be moved. Being a female who lives alone, I especially liked hat the estimator, Robin, was also female. The estimate was within $20 of the actual cost and Robin was spot on about the amount of time the move would take. I also liked that there were two insurance options available and that she offered both to me and explained the differences.
I also received an estimate from another mover over the phone who gave me a cheaper price, but I went with Premier because of the second insurance option, because they bill on the quarter hour, because I didn't have to make a down payment prior to the move to reserve my date and because they sent an estimator to the house. I did go back to the other mover and asked specific questions about all of the above before making my decision based on information Robin offered during her visit.
I was contacted by a move coordinator with a day of receiving the estimate and contacted the Friday before to get the two-hour window when the moving crew would show up.
The moving crew, Kenny, Scott and Joseph were on time and in addition to being very professional, answered all of my questions and addressed my concerns about some specific items. They were friendly and personable and I enjoyed having them in my home. Their team work as a crew was like a well-oiled machine and they completed the move in the amount of time given in the estimate. Once a few items were in the apartment, I realized they need to be moved to a different room or location and even though they guys were starting to get tired, they always said "No problem". The location I moved to has a tight, winding staircase, which was one of my concerns, and they got everything (even the very heavy items) in without damaging anything. I am very, very pleased.

The service went well. They were professional. They showed up on time. They moved everything rapidly. They were a knowledgeable crew. I kind of had a problem with the estimate that was provided. The person that provided the estimate kind of underbid on some things. So, I can only assume that he underbid on some things so that his price estimate would be low. The estimate was not as accurate as it should have been. The crew was aware of it and said that he has been doing that. That his estimates in one particular area are always low so then, the customers get mad. The crew took care of me. They told me that they were not going to charge me for that stuff.

This moving company is professional and does excellent work. The staff is attentive and caring, and you can trust that your belongings are in good hands. In previous years, I moved from New York to Michigan, and subsequently moved several times within the state of Michigan. and this is the best mover I have ever used. They are also very trustworthy as to their price estimates and what they promise to do. That is a trait which I have found to be rare in the residential moving industry. They also packed some of my larger pictures and tiffany lamps, none of which were damaged in any way. The movers at origin did a great job and were very helpful, as I was still packing some last minute items on the day of the move. The customer service staff at Premier were constantly in touch with me as I drove from Michigan to Las Vegas to let me know where my shipment was in transit. The goods were delivered to me one day earlier than promised, and everything was in excellent condition. At the destination warehouse, Premier had actually taken it upon themselves to pack some of my smaller items in larger boxes at no charge to consolidate for the long distance move.  The movers at destination also did a great job, moving everything in very quickly and putting together some furniture items. I was particularly impressed by the driver's experience at destination as I had moved to a gated apartment complex, which posed some challenges for the 18 wheeler truck maneuvering. The driver insisted on speaking to apartment management to determine the best way to handle the situation in a professional manner. The Premier staff called several times afterwards to follow up on how the move went. I was then very pleasantly surprised when two weeks after the move I received a refund of over $600 as an adjustment to the weight of my shipment. I had dreaded getting the estimates from various movers up front, as my experience in the past had been that the mover would provide an estimate and then at the end they would bill you an additional amount based on "extra" services they had supposedly provided. Premier Relocations handled the financial matters of the move in a very professional and trustworthy manner. I would recommend them to anyone for a local or long distance move.

They were very good. Very careful with all of our stuff,  tried to not scratch up walls, floors and other furniture. They were polite and professional. We are pleased with the service.
