 + -1 moreI purchased a house and needed furniture to furnish the house. My wife and I purchased over $6,000 in furniture from Art Van. It took them over 5 months to get everything delivered and at that items were defective and it was a fight to get the items fixed. After about 10-15 visit from service reps, countless phone calls, and half a year we have everything in and of proper quality. This company does not know what customer service is. They only know how to sell.

 + -1 moreThey were so fair. After 6 months, we had some problems with our furniture, and they allowed us to return it. They were very fair and we had no problems. They are very legitimate and I would feel very safe using them again. They gave us credit when we returned our furniture, and they always try to give you a good deal.
