Their price is extremely reasonable. Overall, the service is very good, but they could use some more staff to help customers because I have to wait for them to finish with other customers if I need any assistance.

Carpet Cleaning
Our carpets badly needed cleaning before our 4th of July party and I just wasn't happy with the hoover that I owned. I rented the machine which is quite heavy and while having some doubts I quickly became a fan. The holding tank doubles as the clean solution mixing tank and while it has to be rinsed out each time, that's a small inconvenience. Unlike other machines, this one actually sucks up most of the solution that is put down and the furniture cleaning hose works GREAT on stairs. It could be a little longer so you wouldn't have to do it in two steps; the first half with the machine at the top and the second half with the machine at the bottom but the results were well worth the trouble. After having had three home carpet cleaners, ACO's is definitely the best and the price is nice too!

I THOUGHT THAT THE PRICE WAS VERY REASONABLE. THEY DID A REALLY GOOD JOB OF EXPLAINING EVERYTHING TO ME. I THOUGHT THAT THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. I WAS SATISFIED WITH THEM.
