Inspection report was hand written, no photos. We arrived on time, the inspection had already been completed. We were told that we paid for a home inspection not to be shown how to do a home inspection. The inspector walked us around the outside of the house and through the basement pointing out issues, on this I feel he was fairly thorough. Once we got to the main level he said that basically what we saw was what we got, only later were we informed that the toilet was non-functional. We never went into the attic. He discussed the report very quickly, some jargon was used. During the report I had asked if we would be seeing the things he mentioned in the attic, and he implied that if we went up there we would see them, he did not offer to point them out.

The inspection seemed thorough. The presentation was not. There was a lot of information to absorb at once, I think he went over things too quickly, and should have done a walk through of the rest of the house and attic.
