+ -1 moreThe roof started leaking one month after completion. Nick came back out and promised to fix it. He stopped returning phone calls over the winter. When we finally got a hold of him in the Spring he set a date to come out and complete the work. Never showed up and completely fell of the grid. We had another roofer come out and look at it and he said the work that was done was a mess! We will have to pay the new roofer to fix it. Do not trust Nick!!!
Description of Work: Company did a complete tear off on our rental home.
