We were having problems right after the first year. We tried to get them to come out. At first when we were having problems they would come out but then it was getting harder to get them out. They said because we didn't buy the service package, it was going to cost us $146.00 just for them to show up. We thought we would try to get somebody local that can get here today rather than them coming next week. The price wasn't that bad, but the price is bad if it doesn't work, especially if it is the heating and cooling for our house.
Description of Work: Bel Aire Heating & A/C came out about 3 years ago and put in a heat pump and air conditioning.
