Our air conditioning stopped blowing cold air so we had EEE out to diagnose the issue. Turns out the compressor was shot on our 22 year old unit. The technician walked us through our repair options and we determined it wasn't worth it to repair so we had a new unit installed outside. Given the heat I wanted a new unit quickly. The technician, with the support of the sales guy at the office, walked us through our options and helped us determine the best unit for our needs. They were able to calculate the exact SEER ratings of the equipment when paired to our furnace which was helpful in determining if the upgrade to a more efficient model was worthwhile (I determined it wasn't). Once we decided, they were able to come back out two days later and finish the job. I'm particular about workmanship and I was pleased with the job they did. Everything looks installed cleanly and with care which I was happy to see. They had installed our new furnace a few years prior and I received the same level of service then so it made the decision of hiring them again easier. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and I would use them again.

They are always on time and always wear shoe covers. Scheduling maintenance appointments is very convenient. Overall, their attention to detail and cleanliness are unmatched.
