I had an 8:00 a.m. appointment. They were ready for me and went right to work. They took care of the front end noise and while doing the oil chage and lube noticed one of the sway bar links was broken, which I was unaware of. They replaced the sway bar links while I waited. This is typical of the service I've come to expect of them.
