John Chacon of JACX Group was a pleasure to work with. He came the same day we called and collected a sample of mastic from our basement. As promised, he reported the results of the asbestos testing by phone the next day and emailed the written report one day later. I put my request onto Home Advisor one evening and had a phone call at 9:00AM the next day. John came out at 2:00 the same day and took samples for asbestos testing. I had the results the next day. John came out on the day we agreed on and did the work. Quickly and cleanly. Very professional.
