I called Jim's early Monday morning & tried to describe the grinding/scrapping noise my car was intermittently making. Joe asked a few questions & I was told to bring the car in latter that afternoon. It was then determined that the rear brakes needed replacing. They very kindly showed me the ware & tare & explained why they could be wearing the way they had. The parts had to be ordered & they could get to it the next day (12/23/14). Not only did they give me a ride home, they picked me up when the job was done! The job came in right at the estimated cost & well before the time Joe said it would be done!
In the two years I have owned this car I have purchased new tires & had routine oil changes at Jim's, I have always found everyone there knowledgeable & friendly & would (and have) recommend Jim's Auto Body & Service again.
