It took two days instead of one. It took a week for them to fund back for the second day and I had to call and ask for our new thermostat. The guys who came and did the job were friendly, clean, and respectful. We did have great after the first day just the ducts weren't hooked up all the way. For having the project done the first of December we were able to stay warm.

In the spring I pay a maintenance fee of $200. They give good service for a good price. The workers are great, professional, patient about my dogs, and they do what I ask them to do.
