My experience with Rock Solid was, well, rock solid. From the first, when I was certain it was time for a new roof, Rock Solid was friendly and helpful on the telephone. The sales rep they sent out was top notch knowledgeable, the scheduling people were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. The installers were efficient and friendly, finishing the install and cleanup 45 minutes before the rainstorm arrived. And no problems through the night. I've also ordered new gutters from Rock Solid, and I expect that will go just as well.

still waiting for the work to start gave a $750.00 deposit two wks. and no work to judge them on. waiting to hear the scheduled install date I expect good work from the company but they have not started yet. After the work is done I will rate the work quality and submit a new review. I requested a install date four days ago and still waiting for a return call.

I have had such great service from Rock Solid Exteriors. The sales team were very helpful, Mike Landau has really gone above and beyond to make this a smooth experience! Iâ ve talked with him several times and he has been wonderful answering all my questions. He generously helped me with a program to help kids at Christmas. The team that replaced our roof was very efficient and cleaned everything up. Very meticulous caring of our property. Very nice crew!

I hired Anthony to install a roof over a barn, I was told they were about 2-3 weeks out, I signed a contract on 9/25/2020, every time I call they say they will get back to me, they finally came out and put the underlayment down on 10/28/2020, with I appreciated, since then I have been calling everyday, nothing happens, I sent an email to the company no reply, I can not get an answer when they will be out every time I call

The team work between Jeff Michels, Anthony Hamilton and their Manager Dave at Rock Solid was impressive. I gave Rock Solid the bid because they were the only company out of 7 called that responded to my emergency within 24 hours and "patched" the hole the same day. I believe HomeAdvisor was the reason I got such quick stress-free response. If the roof replacement goes as well as the initial consultation, I will be back with more to review.

The work was top-notch. From material order, scheduling, to installation the job supervisor kept me informed every step of the way. The company respected the state's social distancing rules. The installers were skilled and efficient, and their work certainly and substantially increased the value of my house.

Both sales/admin and install crew were all great folks. They went above and beyond.

They did a phenomenal job Customer service was the best. The people who did actually put the roof where the best people I ever had they helped us clean out our junk they didn’t have to but they did it was really nice of them. I would definitely recommend family and friends.

My neighborhood was hit with a hail storm last year. Rock solid was working on my street, and asked if I wanted a roof inspection. After a quick look, they found hail damage on my shingles and gutters. My insurance agent flat out told me I would not get a new roof, and if they sent an adjuster out my rates would go up either way. I scheduled an adjuster to come out, and Nathan from Rock solid was here to make sure they seen the damage. The insurance company covered the roof and gutters. Dale from Rock solid called to schedule and fill me in on the process. Everything for the roof went as scheduled. A dumpster and materials were delivered just as Dale said it would. The following day, Matt and his crew showed up. Matt introduced himself and we quickly looked at the job as he explained how it would get completed. Matt and his crew were quick, efficient and CLEAN. I have two dogs and they were happy to work with me letting them out. When they were done, not one scrap or piece of trash was found on my property. Once again, Dale called to inform me that the gutter crew would be at my house the following Tuesday. Like clockwork, the crew was at my house Tuesday. They wrapped everything up in a few hours. And once again, no debris was left behind. It was a relief to have a contractor do exactly what they said they would. My home surely looks better after they left.

Very timely and professional. They did a good job with installing gutters at my home in Oak Park, MI and cleaned up all debris when job was finished. I would use them again.

Excellent customer service

Rock Solid Exteriors recently did a roof on my home and I'm very pleased with the service. They worked with my insurance company and were very flexible and always available when needed to be reached. Rock Solid preformed emergency services to tarp my leaking roof during the winter months until spring when it was warm enough to install. During that time period i had a windstorm remove a large section of shingles on a Sunday. Within hours of a phone call they were able to place a second tarp to prevent further leaks until replacement. With the roof falling off with every gust of wind and posing a great risk to my home they preformed an emergency replacement during the coviod-19 pandemic. I greatly appreciate that and the job was done quick and they crew did a great job on clean up!

They took protection measures to keep me safe and their workers. I felt completely comfortable.
