They lost my veil in their "office", and admitted to that when I called to ask when it was going to be delivered. My bridesmaid's dresses were supposed to be a pale pink color and upon delivery (3 weeks before my wedding) they were ordered in the wrong color pink (a much darker shade of pink). The skirts were also ordered in the wrong length as well. When I called to tell them they were wrong, I was told there was not enough time to reorder before my wedding. And that they were the correct style and color that I ordered. Even though they were not. For alterations on my dress I was referred by the shop owner to a woman out of Midland. I came to the bridal shop to have my dress fitted by the seamstress, and a month later I was called and told that my dress was finished. This was 12 days before my wedding date. I did not have any other fittings. Felt like I was being rushed out of the store. Upon taking my dress home and putting it on for other family members, I noticed that one of the seams on the bust was 1 1/2" longer then the other and my breasts looked like I had a "madonna bra" on. There was also loose strings that were barely holding on some beading. I called the seamstress left a message that was never returned, and was forced 10 days before my wedding date to find someone quickly to fix my dress. I honestly did not want anyone associated with this shop to touch my dress after everything else that had happened in the past. I was also not impressed with the owner's young daughter's giving me more attention then the owner did. Unprofessional.
