"Hi Doug Thanks for the business and feedback. Although we were able to raise your garage pad back up substantially and save you from replacing it, unfortunately it was not able to be brought back up completely. It was connected to the driveway, which prohibited some of the lift. We can almost always guarantee a lift but we also make sure to point out that it may not be able to be brought back up to original. Thankfully you didnt have to replace the entire thing, saving lots of money, and you now have a good solid base to support weight without it dropping further. Thanks again for the business!!"
"Thank you much for the review and the business!"

"Kathi, Thank you very much for the review and the business! If there is anything we can do, please give us a call! -Justin"
"Hi Kimberly, Thanks for the honest review. Glad to hear that the basement is finally dry after all those years. If you would like the exterior discharge line for the sump pump buried, we would be happy to do it for you. We never heard back from you to come out and bury it. I think we even offered to bury it at a substantial discount to what we normally charge. Just let us know and we can schedule it for you. Thanks!"
"Sue, Thank you kindly for the nice review and for having us into your home to take care of your basemen! It was a pleasure working with you!"
"Tara, Thank you for the review. We are very grateful for your business and for the nice words!"
"Grant, thanks for the time to leave a review for us and for the business. It is greatly appreciated. I reviewed your contract and it did indicate a three crack repairs with the original work (drain tile, etc.). However, upon beginning work, we found additional cracks and defects which were not on the original contract. This happens from time to time and when it does, my crew is instructed to contact the office to see how to proceed (chargeable items, extra work, etc.). They did contact me right away and then you and I spoke right away once brought to my attention, I gave the OK to proceed without any additional cost to you. You are correct about reviewing the contract carefully before signing as it protects both the client and the company so everyone is on the same page before the work starts. You were great to work with and very gracious in your understanding of the process. Also thank you for your service to our community!"
"Thank you for the review and the business. We are happy to hear that the new sub floor drainage with your new sump pump has been able to keep your basement dry and protected. After our analysis, and with your permission, it was determined that this was the most effective solution to your unique problem. Thanks again for the review and the business!"
"Thank you kindly for the nice review. It was nice to work with you and your family."
