Sales rep was very personable, explained the process very completely. Price quoted was very competitive with other quotes received. Did not appear that he was trying to push a "one-size-fits-all" solution for our basement water problems, but rather customized the repair to the issues we were having. Team that did the actual work was very professional. Arrived timely, were cautious about keeping the "mess" to a minimum, completed the work in two days. Very satisfied!

The only issue which was minor was a little bit of confusion about where a pipe was supposed to be placed. Other than that the service was good, the workers were efficient and neat. The job was completed quickly and they cleaned up before they left. Overall good experience .

Bill was great and treated us like family. He didn't try to pressure us or talk us into things we didn't need. Their warranty is lifetime and transferable which is great when you are selling a home, like we are. I highly recommend.

Sales and management people were very knowledgeable and experienced in their field. It was easy to communicate with them. The crew members were polite and respectful. They arrived on time, covered carpets and stairs to keep them clean, went over work orders with me, and explained how they would proceed. Worked efficiently. When job was completed, I was asked to inspect. I pointed out what I felt was lacking and that detail was taken care of. Noticed a couple of clean up details after the work team had left. They returned in short order to do job to my satisfaction. I requested written details of the installation and manual type for my own files. They were sent to me. After a few weeks I noticed damp cement around a drain that had been installed. I reported that and it was inspected and corrected immediately. At no time did I feel that RC was tired of hearing from me. They truly want to do a Wow job, just as if they were working in their own homes. I highly recommend them. I had gotten quotes from several other companies, and thought RC was right where they should be price wise.

Extremely honest! Bill was out when promised and determined that the problem was not the foundation in his opinion. Found where water was coming in from egress window and recommended reselling and new caulk. Very pleasant man. Promised to return if problem persists. The price was great....zero dollars! Needed a solution to move sump water discharge away from the house. They recomeded a dry well in the front yard. The work was done as described. The price was reasonable. I wouldhire these guys again. Good feedback and a written quote with a 1year warrent on wrkman ship. The plumbers wanted 2 to 3 times te cot for their solutions.

We did the better of the good, better, best with RC Waterproofing. The were timely, professional, and clean. They clearly explained the process and left us with a dry and clean looking basement. We are very pleased with RC Waterproofing.
