They did an exceptional job

Adam repaired my sagging garage roof. My neighbor noticed our Garage roof was sagging and my son who had worked as a roofer confirmed the need for a major repair. I got 4 bids and Expert Exteriors was the most reasonable, and the most complete repair for the price. Excellent work ( my son would Know) from polite and professional craftsmen.

Adam and his crew did a wonderful job on my deck project. They removed cedar wood and replaced it with trex transcend. They did an excellent job, as they stated and in an estimated timeframe. Adam and his crew did an excellent job on building us a ramp from the front door to the driveway. About 25 feet long. They were all delayed a little because of the Michigan weather. Other than that, they were very professional and friendly. Great job.

I was informed of the job status in progress and we discussed changes and implemented them with high quality workmanship. Adam and his crew were personable, organized and very easy to talk to. They are respectful of personal property, caring and trustworthy. They applied their ideas to the details of the job that I had generally outlined what I wanted. They are very experienced in deck construction and aesthetics. Good people doing good work on time and on budget.

Adam and Michelle were very professional. They went beyond helping me return an oversize door to Home Depot that damage was discovered after install. And reinstalled old door for us. Returned to install replacement for us. Great people to work with.

Fixed a small nagging leak on a very odd roof configuration. Very professional. Brought me up on the roof to show what was causing the problem. Problem fixed. Definitely recommend using them for any repair or project.

I'm glad I hired professionals. With the wood needing to be replaced being on a load bearing exterior wall, I did a lot of research before selecting Expert Exteriors. The only thing I had to make sure of was that they replaced the bottom peice of wood. In all fairness, they inspected it and found there was no water damage but, I still wanted the peace of mind that all the wood in that area was replaced as I didn't know what was on the underside of the wood. They were able to replace that peice as well with treated lumber before they got too far along. They did a great job with the siding and sealing the exterior and interior of the wall which the builders just didn't do at all which, is another review for another day. No more draft and I don't have to worry about mold anymore. They did a great job of cleaning up after they were done as well. I would most definitely recommend them.
