Tom was very professional when we met initially and provided proof of insurance with his quote. He followed up professionally to schedule the work. When we hired him to do the work, he was extremely careful with our property and had all the right equipment to make himself and his team safe. We will definitely hire Tom again.

He arrived right on time and explained how he was going to go about the work that we needed done. He shaped a maple tree for us and cut the limbs away from the power lines. Employees were very courteous and professional. Tom asked me how things looked and if there was anything else he could do before he did a final clean up. There wasn't a stick left for me to pick up. We had a large oak tree that was over 60 years old on our front lawn that was considered to be City property. The tree was split down the middle and surrounded by carpenter ants and saw dust. His crew acted in a very professional manner throughout the Project, giving us updates on their progress, and very polite. They were very careful making sure to avoid damaging our lawn (we were shocked considering how large the tree was). When they were finished, besides where the tree previously was, you could hardly tell they were there. They cleaned all remaining debris from the tree, raked up all branches/leaves, and swept the sidewalks. We were very impressed by TNT Tree & Stump and would highly recommend/refer them to friends and family in the future.
