it was determined to be bats in part of the attic that was not accessible. They are going to mitigate on a future visit. Screen the ridge vents and fill construction openings. I will comment again after that is done. (Update) Mitigation of bats were scheduled but no one came to perform or called.

They were the only company I hired who were able to locate the problem. They would be the only company I would call in the future.

The company immediately called me back and came out 2 days later. The service man was knowledgeable and addressed my problem. I also asked to spray for insects. I have no more mice!

This was our second time working with Steve from Pest EZ for pest control (the first time was our yellow jacket infestation two years ago) and we can't say enough good things. Everything went smoothly

Contractors are doing well to remediate the pests. They were quick to respond to a very urgent major infestation discovered when installing an AC. They inspected the house, diagnosed the entry points and left bait (away from dog) in areas where mice may appear if they were to come in at the entry points.

They said if anything happens, we can call them back and re-spray the place again. They are very reliable. They are very good, they showed up on time, and I have no complaint to their work. I would use them again in the future.

Cannot talk these guys up ENOUGH. Prompt, responsive, knowledgeable, downright dogged in solving my raccoon situation. They knew what they were doing and hauled SEVERAL animals out before it was all over, including several from traps on my roof. I recommended them to a coworker, and he had the same excellent experience I did.

On the may 13th (1 day before appointment), i called and pestez confirmed that it has been planned. On may 14th, i have to take work leave as they gave time frame btw 12-4pm. Waited until 3:30pm and still no one came & i called pestez. Finally, they informed that they were behind schedule. I am so upset but they told me that they can come on saturday, may 18th btw 10am-2pm & they will give me 10% compensation. 1 day before, called again & they told me no any plan for my visit, no one can offer discount but him, etc. This company is worst of the worst.... never in my life i deal with bas company as pest ez

Quotation for Services: The gentleman came out to the house within a week. He was very knowledgeable, thorough, and professional. I had a lot of questions and he took the time to answer them all while educating me along the way. I was very comfortable hiring them to do the work on the spot when the quote was completed. Work Day: I received a call in the morning with an ETA for the team. The team of 3 introduced themselves and quickly reviewed what they would be doing that day. Like the quote guy, they were all very knowledgeable, thorough, and professional. They grabbed me a few times throughout the day to show me things they found, things they did, and to peacock a bit when they were proud of something they did that was very much above and beyond expectation. The work was completed in the day and finished with a sit down to give me advice on items to look for, recommendations for issues they came across (lots of bee hives/wasp nests), and different reasons I should call them back in if they ever came up. I highly recommend this team.

I called Pest EZ based on their ratings to get an inspection for bats in the attic. The $100 inspection was not thorough and he did not even enter the section of the attic where I had told him the bats were entering. He charged me an extra $50 to bait mice (which i do not believe I had). He tried to explain how he could see trails from mice in the insulation and holes where they would poke out. I told him I could throw bait blocks up there myself, then he told me I should not bait myself because the product they use was not available to consumers (a quick amazon search proved that wrong). Despite my unsettling feelings the price he quoted for the bat removal was reasonable $600 but I was not comfortable doing business with them based on my experience. I was not happy about paying $100 for an attic inspection where he did not go into the section where the bats were. However, had he not tried to sell the mouse bait so hard I might have contracted them.

Mike was punctual and professional. Took his time and addressed all my concerns and issues with mice gaining access to attic. He treated the attic for mice and said they should all be gone soon. I would recommend and use them again.

Super! About 10 minute after submitting a request on Trapdoor, I got a text and a phone call from Pest EZ about an estimate. After getting an estimate from a competitor for $600! for the same job, I got a max estimate of more than 1/2 that from Pest EZ. And they could come the next day! Told me the estimated time of arrival and they called just before they arrived (only an hour after the start of their 4 hour window). Friendly and professional. Removed nest (luckily no fledglings) and cleaned out the vent, disinfected it, put on additional screens, and cleaned everything up afterwards.

The technician trapped the squirrel and set out dehydrating poison for the mice to induce them to leave the attic and seek water from the outside. We have not heard or seen evidence of mice or squirrels since. The technician found and repaired a hole that was the squirrel's likely point of entry into the attic. Throughout, the technician was professional and proactive in looking for solutions to the problem and in following up to check on their effectiveness.
