I was a care giver for and 86 year old man and i was power of attorney for the individual ,Americana came into the house and without me knowing took items he did not have my permission to take. He put them on his website and then would deny when approached that those items he was selling came from our property. He never took responsibility for his actions and I am extremely upset and frustrated with the way he  approached the whole service. I feel that he took advantage of vulnerable individuals. I would not recommend him to anyone.

"You were extremely emotional during the entire process. We have a copy of the contract you signed and a list of specific items you asked me to sell online on behalf of your family member. The estate sale and Ebay auctions were completely transparent. I'm sorry you were not happy with the results of our work."

He marketed them well. One man is driving from Ohio to pick one item up. The other is being shipped to Oregon. Price was reasonable.
