Called and made an appointment. Jerry Rodriguez showed up, not just on time, but early. He was neat, clean, polite, friendly and professional. He serviced all 3 doors, encoded 4 remotes for me, and encoded the external keypad. He did an excellent job. I have used other services in the past where the technicians were late, dirty and rude. Jerry and Lloyds Door Systems stands out in comparison. I would definitely use them again and recommend them.

These guys are very professional and punctual. They will be here right away and get the job done. Came right in and replaced the spring on our garage door on one of our unit doors and readjusted it to get it back on track. I use these guys for every garage door need that I have. They have always been on time, fast and courteous. Always a great price range.

This is my 3rd encounter with Lloyd's Door Systems.....and each encounter has been better than the last. This service call was for my garage door not operating properly. Since I do not know anything about fixing garage doors, any service provider could say I needed a whole new 'unit' and I would accept it and be taken advantage of. Not with Lloyd's. On each of the 3 service calls the problem was explained to me in terms I could understand and fixed promptly, approptiately and professionaly. Turns out that this problem appeared to be a loose wire which was fixed. My unit is getting on the 'old' side of its life and Al indicated that if the loose wire wasn't the problem (vs. the circuit board) after a few weeks, that he would deduct this call from a new replacement unit. I must mention that he also only charged me 1/2 of their regular fee. :)
If it wasn't for trustworthy businesses like Lloyd's, I would have a very cynical outlook on services.....and a broken garage door.

Lloyd's Door Systems looked at our garage door, told us it didn't need to be fixed, and didn't charge us anything. It turned out to be an electrical problem. The serviceman also told us that the door was 30 years old and it wouldn't be worth it to maintain because you couldn't find parts so if it broke there was nothing they could do to fix it. I thought that was very good of him to advise us of that. He was very polite, kind, and nice not to charge us. I liked the turnaround and the honesty. I have no complaints about Lloyd's Door Systems whatsoever. He was very candid about what it would cost to replace certain things and answered all my questions.

I've had Lloyd's Door perform several services - they replaced my old wooden garage door, and they've serviced the opener twice. Each service has been provided promptly, efficiently, and with high quality. I may have been able to find cheaper options, but I'm impressed with the quality of their products and the professionalism they bring to the job, and feel I got very good value for my money each time. I'll continue to do business with Lloyd's whenever I have a need because I'm comfortable they'll treat me right and do a great job.

Fast, efficient, pleasant!

Lloyd's was very responsive and professional - They scheduled a service call the same day, and then were able to get to us even earlier than first estimated. The repairman had all the needed parts for the spring replacement in the truck, and completed the work quickly and efficiently. He also tested, lubricated, and adjusted the entire garage door opener system, and was pleasant to communicate with. The cost was well within industry standards for garage door spring replacement. I would HIGHLY recommend Lloyd's, and would call them again in a heartbeat.

I have a rental unit that had both garage door springs break. I wasn't sure who to call, but my fiancee told me about Lloyd's in Midland, MI. There was a time issue, as the car in the garage needed to be used to pick a child up from school. I called Lloyd's and told them the situation. I talked with them at 8:30 a.m. They showed up at around 10:00 and had it done by 10:30. My renter was extremely happy, and so was I. The owner of the company actually came out and did the work, to make sure we got it done as quickly as possible. He was fantastic, and very helpful and polite. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing repairs, or even a whole new garage door installed. I will never use any other company.

I called Lloyd's Doors through Angie's List with the information about Lloyd's Doors. I called Lloyd's on Monday and they came
out the same day and finished the job required. They were very professional and pleasant to work with. I had trouble with
the door on Wednesday and they came right out and fixed it. I have an old garage and all they needed to do was adjust it
a little. I would recommend Lloyd's for garage door installation.

After getting an estimate over the phone, I went by their office to look at samples of the doors they carried and made an appointment for the owner to come by and take measurements. My garage is not the standard double garage width and they wanted to make sure they ordered the right size. Since it was special order, it took a few weeks, but they called when it came in and made an appointment to install the new door. The guys who did the install were prompt, efficient, polite, and completely cleaned up after themselves. My only complaint (and it's a tiny one) is that they left while I was upstairs and didn't give me a chance to look over the new door before they left. Overall, I'm very satisfied with Lloyd's Door and would recommend them to anyone. They installed the same doors that both Lowes and Home Depot carry, but their price was less, even with the special order.

Both times I was very satisfied. They were expedient, courteous, and I have zero complaints.
