Chad came out to give us a quote. He was very pleasant, thorough, and professional. Everything was explained and all questions answered. He gave us time to consider what he proposed. He did not ask for a deposit until the work began.
Chad came to the house the first day of installation with his craftsmen Eric and Scott. He didn't stay because of an injury causing him a great deal of pain, but he left us in good hands. The job was challenging because we have a stone half-wall and the boards needed special cutting so they would butt up to the stone. Nothing in the area was square because the house turns, so every board needed special treatment. Eric and Scott did exceptional work -- that's why I used the word "craftsmen." Because of the all special treatment the installation took two long days of the men working very diligently, whereas Eric said the area would normally have only needed one day.
The third day the men sanded and applied the first coat of polyurethane and on the next two days applied two more coats. We love the completed project and are very satisfied! We would recommend this company without hesitation!
