Great job! Arrived a little later than the 9 am start time probably due to being in Manchester having to drive to Jackson for the job. No worries besides that. Got here at 9:30 and had 240 linear ft of gutter to tear off and replace along with 60+ ft of downspout...was done by 11 am! Great personable people, not one rude bone in their bodies...respectable company with quality work to back them up! Another thing I wasn't a fan of was they don't schedule ahead...worked for me but probably wouldn't for a lot of ppl.

Contractor pointed out previous installation was wrongly performed at a downward angle and installed correcting shim brackets along with better end seals at no additional charge. They had carte blanche to fix any rotted boards if found and did not take advantage of home owner's naivete. Job came in at quote and done on a Saturday to compensate for a delay due to rain. Exceeded my expectations.

I emailed the company i believe on a monday evening and the next day i got a call from a representative. I scheduled an appointment telling the lady on the phone that i only need 25 ft. of trim work done. ** some companies i contacted didn't want to do the job since it was too small of a project.*** She said Ryan would be there thursday morning for an estimate i said ok. Ryan showed up on time, seemed nice. we went over what i needed. He said he would draw some things up the next morning and give me a price via email. Its the next day now at 11pm at night and no response from them. so, they wasted my time doing an estimate for nothing when i told them i am going to eventually put on new siding and windows and if they would've given me the estimate for the trim that i needed, they could've got a much larger job in the future. guess they dont need my business....

The first visit with the person providing an estimate and walking through the work was on time and useful. We talked through options and identified a cost effective approach to solving our problem. The estimate was in line with what others provided, but the communication from Kleinschmidt was better so we selected them. It took a little while to schedule once we sent back paperwork, but it was around the 4th of July holiday. The two people doing the work showed up on time, did the work in a few hours while working around our kids who were playing in the yard. They cleaned up well and the work was what had been discussed. It was a good experience overall.

Everything went well, from the initial estimate to scheduling and the actual work. Everyone was professional. The roofing crews arrived on time, were respectful of us and our property and did their work in a timely professional manner. I have used R D Kleinschmidt before and will use them again if the opportunity arises.

RD Kleinschmidt replaced a low pitch roof over my kitchen and lower bedroom with a rubber roof. They completed the job in 1 day. Their communication leading up to the install was excellent. They told me a month ahead of time what week it would be and they let me know 3 days ahead of time what day of that week it would be. The quality of work is excellent. It poured rain three days the following week and there wasn't a drop of water in the house (for a change). I would highly recommend RD Kleinschmidt for your next roofing project, big or small. They have the experience and reputation to do a great job.

Rick Kleinschmidt came as scheduled to estimate the job. The workers showed up as expected. They seemed to do a good job on the roof. They didn't drive on the yard as requested. The negative is that there were/are roofing nails around the house and in the yard. So far I've found over 200. A year and a half later and I'm still finding roofing nails around the house, in the bushes, etc. I'm afraid my grand kids could step on one. I sent a picture of all of the nails I found along with my final payment and not one word or response from the company. I also found a brick broken off of the chimney laying in the bushes.

I have used Kleinscmidt in the past for roofing and they have always done quality work and more importatly they show up to do the job in sharp contrast to many of the roofing companies that I have attempted to utilize.

Started when they said they would start, stuck with the job for the 3 days that it took to complete. Clean up was ok, if not completely thorough.

We had to wait about 2 months after signing the proposal because the company was so busy, and it was difficult to get aluminum siding (not many people use it any more.) When the installation team came, they were very considerate, professional and worked long hours. It was difficult to match to rest of house, but they did an excellent job. Weather became a factor. I had a few concerns after the crew left, and a supervisor came and addressed all my concerns adequately. I would highly recommend the company and plan to use them for additional work.

Because of the construction of our roof, we met daily with the supervisor and foreman to discuss unusual conditions. They were attentive to our concerns and offered alternatives solutions for things as they came up. While other contractors had suggested using conventional ice shield material to seal the troublesome dead valley, Kleinschmidt recommended heavy-duty commercial EPDM sheet to fill the entire valley, all the way up each side of the roof - not just in the bottom of the valley. This was a solution we have a lot more confidence in and are glad they recommended it. At one point we asked to change the type of material and the color of that material used to cover the custom ridge vent. They were willing to do this without an extra charge. The size of the roof required four-full days to complete the tear-off and replacement. Each day the crew cleaned up all the debris and made sure the work area was neat and safe. The only issue we encountered was in the fastening technique used to attach material to the ridge vent which Kleinschmidt was eager to resolve to our satisfaction. The crews were polite, hardworking and well-supervised.

R D Kleinschmidt's crew did an outstanding job. They were on time and completed the entire project in 1-1/2 days. When the crew left the yard and driveway were clean of all roofing and gutter material. I will recommend and use again R D Kleinschmidt for future projects.

The telephone staff listened to my problem. The person inspecting my needs was professional and approachable. Two men worked a 8-10 hour day. The job looks good. Clean-up was spotless.

They came out on the promised day and had the job done same day- the crew that did the work were very polite and professional, when they left everything was cleaned up

We usually like to be there when work like this is done, but this is our second home. We couldn't be there when they were doing it so they took step by step pictures to show us the work that was done. They have a dumpster attached to the truck so everything was picked up at the end of every night. They were very mindful of our neighbors yard as well. They're price was very reasonable. They were just outstanding. It is a family owned company that has been in business for 80 years.

They were great and very prompt. They did their work. The only thing wrong was that they didn't have the right sized nails for the roofing on our garage. Some of the nails are hanging out. They are professional and did the work the way they said that they would.

They price was very reasonable. They did good work they completed it in a timely manner and actually quicker than expected. While he gave the estimate he did some minor repair work on the roof. My husband tried to offer him some money but he would not take it.

They have been excellent. They took extra steps to make sure the siding was clean before putting back on the house. We have not had any leaks since. Two years ago they also re-shingled our entire roof.

It took 2-1/2 days, but they arrived promptly at 08:00 each workday, cleaned up when they were done

I had a roof replaced on my gambrel home. These guys did a great job good cleanup and it only took two days. I would used this company for any of my building needs in the future.

They did a good job. My cabinet maker was the one who recommended them to me and said they had a reputation, so I went for them. Their price wasn't that cheap, but I think it was fair. I also had to get some work done on the metal roof of my house, and I asked them if they could work on the porch which was left half done by another service provider, and they came up with an estimate and said they have to replace the whole roof with a rubber roof, but I was afraid to go to the historic commission as I though they would not approve it. There are no major holes in the roof or anything, and it seems like it's still as good as it was 100 years ago, but the only thing is that there has been some settling over the 100 years, so because of that, the drainage doesn't work the way it was supposed to. I asked them if they could do something to raise one edge of the roof so that the water would drain naturally over to the gutter, but they didn't want to do that, and they wanted to build a whole new roof. They did a real good job on the gutters before, and I respect their opinion. They said they would give me a lifetime warranty on the rubber roof, but I am still worried about the historic commission, so I might rather try and repair the roof if I can find somebody who knows about metal roofs, and that seems to be a hard thing because I contacted two or three other roofing companies, and they all came up with the same answer saying they need to put a new rubber roof. I would use them again in the future if the need arises.

Customer-service oriented; very professional from first contact through payment; took great care in protecting property and clean-up; respectful; took time to answer my questions; responsive; and definitely got value for price paid.I would heartedly recommend this company to anyone and would never hesitate to use them again in the future.
