I am not an expert but I have had wood floors installed and refinished a few times. Father and Son quality was excellent and the price was reasonable as well. I have plans to hire them to do more work. They refinished some oak floors that had damage as well was adding red oak to a hallway. The took up the old hallway material as well. Installed shoe moulding as well as the new wall vents. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
