Description of Work: At around 10 PM I discovered a lake forming in our basement due to a leaking hot water tank. The valve to the tank was frozen and I had to shut off the main valve to the house. I called Paul C Scott. They could not get a plumber to me immediately, but one did show up at 8:30 the next morning. By mid-morning, we had a new tank and the job was complete. The plumber was quick and courteous.

Description of Work: I've used Paul Scott for several years, and I have never had a problem with them. They do good work. They replaced the motor for my sump pump,and responded in an emergency to replace the supply lines in my flooded bathroom. They have installed my new sink and commode, etc.

Description of Work: I called this company and I received a message that they were on the other line with another customer and they would call me back in twenty minutes. I waited 45 minutes for the call and did not receive one, so I called them back. I still did not receive a call and still have not heard from them to this day.
