Pure Water Pools has the knowledge and expertise to assist pool owners with all types of swimming pool questions and problems. The average experience of our service technicians is 20+ years. Our product selection is chosen by performance and value not strictly the lowest price. We provide many different services for pool owners including tile, coping, and marcite replacement or repair, pool re-plumbing, safety cover installation, and replacement beaded vinyl liners for in-ground or on-ground pools. We do not install overlap above ground vinyl liners, or automatic pool covers. We do not repair cracks on fiberglass pools, remove pools, repair pool structures, install pools, repair or replace above ground pool walls, liners or decks.

Jim the owner of Pure Water pool is there for you with any issue you might have with your pool. The crew did an excellent job of opening the pool and Jim helped me work thru the issue with the heater due to a semi shut gas valve by another servicer working on our backup generator. Highly recommend Jim and his company, for all your pool needs. Very knowledgeable and personable, hard to find these days!

Hired them 2 weeks ago to open my pool today. It is 4 pm and still not here. No answer at the store and voice mail full. We have previously hired them and never had this issue. Supposed to be over 80 for the next week. Thanks for nothing.

They were a no call, no show for the first appt. When I contacted them after this they told me they would come out when I was not home and if they could fix it they would, if not they would call me and go over the issue with me. No one ever called and they left a bill for $95 for a 15 minute call. They bill said multiple issues, call us for more information. Apparently $95 does not include them calling me to discuss, that effort should be put on me. Also, to mention the cost of the diagnosis was never mentioned at any time making the appointment.

The owner Jim and his right hand person, "Maryann" were both so nice and so helpful, it was such a pleasure doing business with them. Maryann told me she could get a repairman here around mid afternoon the next day and sure enough he was here a little before 3:00. He was also a very nice and pleasant man. I'm more then happy with Pure Water Pools, and won't hesitate to refer them to family and friends

My former tenant had hired PWP and she didn't pay her bills in time. I helped to get her to pay the balance off, but PWP just put a construction lien on my property and never mentioned it in a single word. After it was paid off, they didn't bother to remove this lien. I had to follow up and make them. I feel they are dishonest and have low ethics.

They came when they said they would, diagnosed my problem, explained what and why they would do to repair the problem and quoted a price. They then came back and performed the repair as they explained for the quoted price. I am completely satisfied with their work and would recommend them and will use them again when needed.

Set up appt. No call/ no show I had to call them to find out why. I should have contacted another company then. I rescheduled and ask for a call to let me know a window time. This never happened. I was at work and when I arrived home they were in my yard working on my pool. They left a lot of dirt in bottom pool and told me to let water circulate and then I had to take sample to get an analysis. I ended up hiring someone else to finish cleaning the pool. I could have saved $325. The money I spent on cleaning supplies it was less than what I paid them.

liner replacement still hasnt happened, workers over my house once in 4 weeks. that was day 2,. they tore up my liner mesureing and havent been over since. so were still waiting

They did a great job once we called them, they came within one week. We hired another pool guy, he took our money and never came back. Then we called Pure water pools and they completed the job within 3 days. They were very professional, on time and know their job very well. They are always available for taking my call for any doubts even after completion of the job. I strongly recommend them

I am so happy with this company, they went above and beyond. Everyone I had contact with were patient and understanding when I had to postpone the work until I could get the pool fixed right. There secretary to the Forman to the men who poured the cement were just so nice. I will be using them again next year for more work. They are pro's !!!!!!!!!!

Fast and good service. The only thing that left me scratching my head was the service tech said the pool heater looked real good for it's age, then he said it will probably last another year... If it looks that good, how can it be ready to go next year????
