 + -1 moreThey started out well.Then the more experianced young man that was cleaning the carpet,seemed be be in a hurry.When he got over by the doorwall,he hit my Grandfather clock,that is a special edition of the Statue of Liberty,bought in 1986.One of the weights came crashing down,knocking out part of the bottom of the cabinet and breaking the ends of the weight.He did apologize. I've had carpeting replaced,cleaned over the twenty five years,and everyone has been os careful not to get close to the clock.It is mahogny and cherry wood,so water and steam has left water marks also.A gentlemen came out took pictures.What turned out to be a simple cleaning,became an expensive and sad experiance.
Description of Work: The two young men came out to clean my living room carpeting , stairs and hallway.
