From the sales rep to warranty work this company is horrible to work with. When we purchased windows approx 5 years ago we didn't get satisfactory work until we filed a complaint through the BBB. Now we have warranty work on a window due to faulty construction. They were a no-show 3 times for appointments they made! When we threatened recourse, we "supposedly" got action...still no window..."it's being made"...and oh, the cost for the warranty window is $75.00!!! We don't recommend Majic at all. Customer service is awful.

They did a lousy job. We were promised alot of things from the salesman, that were not done by the crew. They told us that they would replace one window at a time, But, this was not the case. We had some decorative trim on the inside of the house, and they told us that the decorative trim would be put back up for us. But the trim was not put back up, and they would not give us the time of day. We had some water within the windows, and they had to come back to take out the plugs so the water could drain. We came up with a resolution so that they would install quarter-round that we had to buy and paint and they would install it. I would definitely not use them again in the future.
