They offered a special price, but never called me to follow up... When I called them, the woman who answered told me she knew nothing about it.. actually hung up on me when I tried to press the issue... later called back and left message for a supervisor to call me, but no response. Come on ???

Appreciated the work and speed of install. We provided the luxury vinyl and F2 installed it for us extremely quickly and professionally. Old carpet was removed and carted away and the new flooring was installed the same day.

My floors are beautiful. !! The entire team from the initial visit to the office staff and the crew that did the work were all great to work with. I have had bad experiences with contractors before but was very pleased with the communication and time line for getting the work done. I would definitely recommend them.

Replaced tile and carpeted floors with Somerset Engineered white oak hardwood flooring. Finish was gunstock. I also had the tiling removed in our main bathroom and replaced. They completely redid the shower and the flooring. Overall, I highly recommend Functional Floors. On the flooring project, I had about 700 sq. Ft. Of flooring replaced. The project took about 2 weeks to complete. The worst part was the tear out of the ceramic kitchen floor. The installer, Matt, sealed off the area to eliminate the dust the best he could. No matter what you do, you’re still going to get dust. I am a retired engineer and do woodworking as a hobby. I’m a fussy person and not easy to satisfy. I usually do most projects my self. The few times I contracted a project out, I was disappointed with most. So I was concerned about this one. I have to tell you that Matt was every bit as meticulous as me. He did a great job. He always kept me informed about how it was going and talked to me about any concerns. He constantly cleaned up after himself. Again, I have no regrets about Function Floors, they would be my first choice for future flooring needs and would highly recommend to others. The second project was removing the floor and shower tiling in our main bathroom and installing new tiling. Approximately 120 sq. ft. Jerry was the installer for this project. The project took 5 days to complete. Jerry was good to work with too. He did a very nice job installing the new tile. It looks great, just like we wanted it. We still have painting and other work to do to finish the project. So Functional Floors scored 2 for 2 with an A rating.

The work done was excellent. The crew was punctual and professional. My only complaint/criticism is that the job wasn't walked/reviewed prior to being declared "done". We paid in full and then when we walked the job AFTER the poly was dried we noticed issues. Functional Floors responded quickly and corrected the issues however it did delay us by several days to move back into the house. I would absolutely use them again and recommend them for all of your flooring needs.

Very disappointed. Sloppy amateurish work. Installers acted like they never did tile work before. Left the work area dirty and stained. Will probably have to hire someone else to re-do the work

We executed a contract with Functional Floors and put down our deposit. Unfortunately we had to cancel for COVID reasons. Functional Floors refunded our deposit quickly and easily - even though our contract said they didn't have to. We will definitely be contracting with them again in 2021.
