At last, a company that goes the extra mile to ensure that we satisfy all of our customer's flooring needs. Not only with Beauty and Style, but also with function. Before starting each and every project, we ask questions pertaining to the long-term use of the floors, that may not have occurred to the customer, and can affect their flooring decisions. Christopher Franklin can make suggestions for materials and products to suit all of your needs including: cost, durability, maintenance, and purpose. This was our second project with Functional Floors and it was a great experience across the board! There were no hassles or issues whatsoever in having the project done. The Office Manager Sherry was phenomenal in scheduling and rescheduling estimates and the actual install project. Our kitchen remodel took some surprising detours and she was always so gracious and understanding, when I needed to reach out and push back our scheduled project for each additional week. Our estimator Steve was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and flexible in coordinating our initial estimates around my husband and my work schedules. Dave's attention to detail and expertise throughout the project was wonderful! I was incredibly pleased with the entire experience of this project and are grateful for these 3 and the entire team!

Never had wood floors refinished before, didn't know what to expect. Functional Floors gave the lowest bid, but price wasn't the determine factor. Everyone I spoke with was knowledgeable, enthusiastic and took the time to answer my questions. Emails and calls were quickly responded too, never felt pressure or thought unnecessary work was being added to pad the invoice. The finished project exceeded my expectations. I know I made the right choice, and can not say enough good things about Dan, Sherry, Zack and Tyler, and anyone's whose name I am missing. I will definitely call for my next floor project
