I had both my furnace and AC units replaced. Cody, our sales representative was professional and quick in getting the quote out. We were able to schedule the replacement immediately. Doug E was extremely efficient and quick in getting the units installed. They made sure before they left that everything worked and we knew about the filters and recommended replacement, and how to cover the AC in the winter.

Doug Eiben and Brent Roberts were on time, friendly, and hard working installing my new air conditioner unit. They cleaned up after themselves. They explained things to me. Both were very professional and knowledgeable, they worked great together. I am happy that I used Crain Heating and Cooling. I would highly recommend them. My new air conditioning is great!!

Decent guy. Got the job done. Occasionally made a mistake, but fixed it on his own time. Entire project took about a week.

Cody and Will were friendly, efficient, hard-working and professional in installing our new furnace and air conditioner. They cleaned up after themselves beautifully. Cody walked us through our new equipment, took the time to answer our questions and explained the required maintenance. Now we understand someone will be out to inspect the equipment twice a year for the next two years so we can rest assured everything will run smoothly. We are very satisfied customers! We built our own platform and we cleared out the basement to give the team more working space. In spite of our efforts a team member was stung by warsp. we had a warsp nest that we did not see. sorry that it happened. Getting on it to get rid of it.

Justin did not leave until he answered all of our questions and showed us how to operate and care for our units, Furnace and Air. Very pleased with the whole experience.

Price was one of the best I found after three other bids. Didn't feel ripped off when talking with the consultant. Furnace and AC are working good now. Downside is that they had to come out multiple times to redo their work.

I was ready to sign up with another company and got Crain Heating by accident thru Home Advisor and decided to get 1 more estimate. Cody H. was the sales person and he was great, he explained everything to me and did a measurement test to make sure I got the right size furnace/air and gave me a great price. Marlyn and Justin were the installers and OMG they were great also, you can tell they take pride in their work performance. Everything was clean and neat when they finished. It was just installed yesterday but I'm sure I won't have any problems.

We received four estimates. These guys were easily the most professional and reasonably priced. The other guys we considered were no shlubs either. It's only just been installed, but so far so good with this company.
