Very professional and friendly service

I received three quotes. Crain by far gave me the best quality for my money. They were extremely professional from the beginning to end. Installers were amazing. 1. On time. 2. Got the job done. 3. The basement after my furnace install was cleaned up and you never would have known anyone was there. They made this A/C & furnace job smooth sailing. I highly recommend this family-owned business.

There was one oops where a small hole was poked in the drywall. It happened during a very difficult run of copper tubing over the top of the finished basement. Doug and Brandon were determined to to make sure our experience was good including patching the hole in the end. They really went the extra distance to make me satisfied with their work.

Cody worked hard to get quotes to me ...Justin and Will came in and did a very professional job...made sure they went over operation and warranties ...Crain outbid the competition by $2000 on ac and furnace and made sure it was installed in time to get utilities credits.

Crain is a very professional company, from the bid process to the installation of our new furnace. Very polite and explained every thing after the installation. Technician did a outstanding job and professional. explained what they did, how to check and service the new system. The only thing I di NOT like, when they arrived to install the furnace they did NOT have the proper permits in hand for the installation. Contacting the city, & Crain about this, Crain worked with city and acquired the proper permits to install the furnace. I would use Crain again when needed and recommend them to others.

The sales person, Cody, was knowledgeable, informative and definitely not pushy (rare me thinks). Purchasing through him was an easy choice. Doug and Aubrey installed the new furnace and A/C in replacement of 27 year old original equipment. The weather conditions were brutal, which certainly added to the stress of the job. They worked very hard! Both men were professional, competent, pleasant, and dependable. The job was a full day and it is now perfectly done! I WOULD RECOMMEND this Company (CRAIN) installers to everyone. I AM A SATISFIED CUSTOMER

Family run, very professional company. Easy with with to work. They replaced 2 gas furnaces and 2 AC's. I am very happy with the results. I highly recommend them.
