Fantastic service and customer support at a competitive price. They were out on Thursday and new unit was in Saturday morning during the first week of June when others were quoting 2 weeks to install.

The sales person, Ryan, did a good job selling, too bad he promised to have it done on a Thursday, 2 days later and didn't actually have the unit in stock. I was told the installers would be at my home by 9 am. They arrived at 11 am and no one had called me to explain the delay. The installation was professional and they did an excellent job, but even they were not kept in the loop of what was going on. I would only recommend this company to friends and family, if they knew of these hiccups, so they could avoid the problem. I lost a whole day of work, not half a day. They compensated me by a maintenance agreement for a year. No enough.

Due to some mishaps our furnace did not work properly. But Pritchard jumped to and was at my mothers house repairing the prpblem, not once not twice, but three times. They didn't give up and the problem is fixed. You be the judge from here.

They installed a new furnace, humidifier, thermostat and chimney liner and even hooked up my hot water tank and gave me a great deal on a top of the line, high efficiency York furnace and it all works great! I'm even getting a great deal of heat up on the second floor where there is only one heat vent! I was sure they would have to come back and put in another duct system upstairs but now I won't need it. Thanks to both the installers and and our salesman, Conor!
