late oveer an hour but one of two workers did a great job the second one was slow and just wanted take a breaks every 15 mins to smoke ( you which one the young one)

They were quick to come to my home and made the necessary repair without trying to sell me more. They gentleman was knowledgeable and very friendly. I shall use them again if needed.

I was recommended to Pritchard Heating last year by an experienced real estate broker that I dealt with for one of the commercial properties that I manage. I had 3 companies come to my house for price quotes to replace my 1976 furnace and AC unit. Pritchard definately gave me the best price and that was with name brand Lennox equipment. The installation was done very well and on time also. I would highly recommend them!

Great people, honest and helped me make the right furnace choice

Pritchard-Wilson did exactly what they said they would do. Jim Crain took the time to learn our needs and took initiative to help us get what we needed w/o breaking the bank. Kevin, lead install went well out of his way to get the job done in the time allowed. He enjoys his job and it shows. He was even early!! How many times does that happen with a contractor?

Pritchard/WILSON Heating & A/C's quote was $3262 below Sears using the same exact furnace and a 1/2 Ton LESS A/C. Their tech installers are trained by Lennox and work for only Wilson. (Not subcontracted out.) The two tech installers we had just happened to be brothers. Their work was organized and coordinated. They came prepared to the job site. They knew what to do and how to do it. They were a knowledgeable team with skills to do things the right way. They treated us (homeowners) with kindness and respect and if we had a question, they gave us an understandable answer. We trust Wilson Pritchard.

Outstanding equipment and professional installation.

Well, he could have lied and said when needed a new A/C unit but he didn't. He was assessed the problem and fixed right away. We were happy with the service and would probably call them back if we needed to service the A/C again.

Quote was quick, staff was on time and install went as planned. Have not had chance to use furnace yet! Will have back in future for air conditioning.

Not sure how to judge the quality or value for money when buying a furnace. Only time will tell!

Courteous and professional service. Very clean and careful at the house.

Very personable and not pushy. Did follow up on questions in a timely manor.

Took far too long to get installation completed due to wiring issue. Service mgr was difficult to communicate with when scheduling issue arose. All the service tech were easy to work with and worked hard too resolve problems. Every thing wiring fine. However, service techs spent too much time on cell phones on other than business. This is too true in the service industry. Did sign up for annual HVAC inspection.
