Their concern was to ensure that I had heat, even before they came out...and I appreciated that as it was the coldest day of the year. The installers worked hard and cleaned up after themselves. I could not have been happier with my choice of contractors. Even their follow up work was excellent. I would use them again if needed and would recommend them without reservation.

They installed a new Gas Furnace with humidifier, Water Heater, and Central Air Unit. From the first contact to the last this company exceeded all expectations in professionalism and quality work. They contacted me when they said they would, showed up for our appointment on time, followed up as indicated, and completed this large job in one day. The techs immaculately cleaned up (better than what it was before they started) and remained courteous and professional throughout the process. I will highly recommend them.

They were efficient and friendly and when a part wasn't sealed properly, they came right back and fixed it. We will be working with them on our plumbing next.

Mike Smith, who gave me an estimate for replacement of my humidifier, was promptly at my house at 8 am, helping me juggle my work day with his visit. His estimate was $50-100 below that of another company. The technician who did the installation was about a half-hour late, but called a half hour before the appointment to let me know about the timing shift, so I was totally okay with it. The installer finished in less than the estimated time, and had me inspect the system before he left, instructing me about the new humidifier control, and how best to alter the humidity levels. Good, tidy work.

They worked continously until the job was done. they left all areas need and clean. very organized and respectful, explained every detail so we could understand how every part of the new furance and ac worked. thank you fran f

Very organized, competent, left the job cleaner than before installation. They were very respectful, explained how the A/C works and will come back in the beginning of the cold days to help me with balancing the warm air into certain rooms. This is a professional outfit.

Very Disappointed. I was scheduled to have a new air conditioner installed today. I was promised at the point of payment that the installation would happen on monday morning by Jim Crain "The Owners Father". So I arranged my day to accommodate the installation for monday. Monday morning I call to find out when to expect the service installers ; the answer I received was "I'm Not Sure", I then asked to speak to JIm Crain and was told that Jim Crain was up north and that his phone may not have service. I then made several attempts to call Jim but received no call back after leaving messages!

The bidder was concise and to the point. I was told exactly what would be done and that the work could be done within two days. Sears said I would have to wait up to two weeks. The bid came in over $1,000.00 under Sears bid. The work was done on time and the workers were polite and cleaned up when they were done.

Came on time and finished the work on schedule.

Timeliness is a problem with Pritchard. Our salesman was an hour late (said the office was supposed to let us know). Install was set for "around 9:00". We called numerous numbers with no call back. At 11:20 the installers arrived. Once the install began, we were thrilled with the competence and professionalism of the men. Job was completed in less than time quoted. We would recommend this company!

I'm an engineer with HVAC background. I'll say Pritchard did an honest quote in a timely fashion. They showed up on time and did solid work on my home ducts to make the cooling coils fit. I won't say the labor charge is cheap, but it is fair. Overall it was a happy experience to hire them. Good job.

They were on time. installed in one (1) day. Cleaned up after completing job. Friendly and Professional personnel. Instruction on how things worked. Did all paper work for rebates, and permit. Job well done.

Installation was scheduled for 9:00AM, by 9:40 AM no one had arrived yet. Had to call Jason Crain and was told their was a delay. No phone call was recieved to inform me, The installers arrived at 10:30 AM and were very professional The installation was competed by 6:00 pm and tested for functionality. Today' temperature was 68 degrees, so actual performance has not been verified. Looking forward to the first hot day to test AC performance. The energy bills over the upcoming year will be the test of the overall efficiency of the system. Looking forward to comparing the previous heating and cooling bills to the upcoming years cost.
