I would like to compliment Justin, Brandon and Nate for installing a new Lennox 96% single stage furnace and Lennox A/C. They arrived on time, worked approx 9 hrs, to install both. Job: New Lennox air conditioning unit install Met with Cody Huge for initial consultation/quote. All questions were answered following a thorough analysis of the job needed. A perfect opportunity to up sell was presented when discussing the various unit sizes available. Cody advised that a 2 Ton unit was sufficient, instead of suggesting a larger (more expensive) unit like other companies attempted to offer. In addition, the power was out the day before the scheduled install date. As a precaution, I called at 6:30pm to provide advanced notice of the concern and Cody picked up and was clearly off work hours, as I could hear kids in the background. I realized I was interrupting his down time and I was extremely appreciative of his availability. He went on to advise that the power being out would be no problem. They would be able to do the install and return to check that everything was working properly when the power was restored, at no additional charge. The technicians were also very personable, accommodating and punctual. I would highly recommend Crain Heating and Cooling.
